At the helm of Leighs is an independent board of skilled leaders, thinkers, and passionate executive and senior leadership teams. We bring regional governance, experience, and sound direction to each project.
The Executive team are responsible for the business's leadership, growth and performance. Leading with passion, they work together to determine the organisational decisions that affect the business as a whole.
The Senior Leadership Team consists of National and Regional managers, alongside key operational roles. Together they deliver the strategy and vision of the organisation.
